Ah, the journey to learn proposal writing! But, where to take the start from? Basics of Proposal Writing? In fact, we have to get a bit more basic with: What is a Proposal? That would indeed be a good start.

You don’t have just the answer to the title question. It is more than that, if you can see what I see. I think that is pretty good and pretty much for a classic start.
