The 47 Project Management Processes are building blocks of the PMBOK® Guide’s framework for managing projects. Project Management Process Groups is in fact one way of logically grouping these processes. This categorization is fundamentally based on nature of work that is supposed to be done in a project or a phase of a project, and its flow from start to end in an organized manner.
What do we mean by Project Management Processes? What are they made up of? What are its different types and categories? How they relate to Project Management Process Groups and Project Management Knowledge Areas?
